Forum Acusticum 2026 offers technical tours to some of the acoustically most remarkable venues in Graz, taking place on the Friday and Saturday after the scientific sessions.
Each tour is offered in several time slots. Please note that the tours take place at venues other than the congress venue (Messe Congress Graz). Registration details will be announced soon.

Ligeti Hall / Active Acoustics

Experience the György-Ligeti-Saal at MUMUTH and its active acoustics system, which adapts the reverberation of the hall electronically to the performance.

Visit the CUBE at the Institute of Electronic Music and Acoustics (IEM): an experimental concert space and laboratory with a hemispherical loudspeaker array for spatial audio research and Ambisonics reproduction.
